Biennial Senior Concert – 2016

Jain International School’s Biennial Senior Concert held the audience spell bound as they were transported to various eras, cultures and civilizations through the theme of Time Travel. The students of JIS, depicted as time travellers, ‘accidentally’ entered a time machine & travelled through the annals of time, with each stop of theirs depicted as an item of the programme.

The Chief Guest, Mr.Ajay Sancheti, Member of the Rajya Sabha, accompanied by Mrs. Savita Sancheti, was welcomed by the Management comprising the Director, Mr.Anuj Badjate, the trustees, Mrs.Priti Badjate & Mr.Tushar Badjate, the CEO Mr.Sanjeev Agrawal, the Principal, Mrs. Anmol Badjatia & the CCA Incharge, Mrs.Kiran Joshi. The ceremomial lamp was lit, marking the commencement of the programme.

The programme opened with a beautifully choreographed invocation to Lord Ganesha with the students presenting a kathak performance.

The Principal, Mrs.Anmol Badjatia, took the stage to deliver the School Annual Report which highlighted the achievements of the school in the past session. She lauded the efforts of the teachers especially the organizing committee Mrs.Kiran Joshi (CCA In – Charge), Mrs. Lata Pant, Mr.Ghanshyam Dhiman (Administrator), Mr.Vaibhav Konher, Mr.Nirmal Singh, Mr.Vivek Khapre, Mrs.Vaishali Khapre, Mr.Arshad, Mrs.Sushma Hedao, Mr.Aniruddha Pundkar, Ms.Ankita Sawalkar, Ms.Shilpa Pardakhe  as also Mrs.Anupama D’souza who compered the event.

The Chief Guest, Mr.Ajay Sancheti, complimented the Management & Principal on the achievements of the school & assured the school of his continued support in future, too.

The Director, Mr.Anuj Badjate, then took the opportunity to dwell on the growth of Jain International since its inception, for which he gave credit to the Principal, staff and parents.

The evening concluded with the Grand Finale – a truly world class choir & orchestra by the students driving home the message that triumph & glory were theirs for the asking. It was indeed a fitting conclusion to an excellent programme that garnered much praise from the audience.

Biennial Junior Concert – 2016

Jain International School’s Biennial Junior Concert was testimony to the ample talent of its students. Both the CBSE & CBSE – I classes (Std I – V) took part in the concert. It had two novel themes – portrayal of items through television channels & through the school magazine, ‘The Jewel’.
The Chief Guest, Mr.Ishu Sindhu (Deputy Commissioner of Police ) was welcomed by the Management comprising the Director, Mr.Anuj Badjate, the trustees, Mrs.Priti Badjate & Mr.Tushar Badjate, the CEO, Mr.Sanjeev Agrawal, the Principal, Mrs.Anmol Badjatia & the CCA Incharge, Mrs Kiran Joshi. The programme got off to an auspicious start with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp.
Lord Shiva was propitiated through an aesthetically engineered jugalbandi that portrayed his physical manifestation using the kathak form of dance & the resonant beats of the tabla.
The School Annual Report was presented by the Principal, Mrs Anmol Badjatia, who listed the impressive achievements of the school in various fields & thanked the Management for their unstinting support. She lauded the efforts of the teachers especially the organizing committee Mrs. Kiran Joshi (CCA in – charge), Mrs Lata Pant, Mr. Ghanshaym Dhiman ( Administrator), Mr Vaibhav Konher, Mr Nirmal Singh, Mr Vivek Khapre, Mrs Vaishali Khapre, Mr Arshad, Mrs Sushma Hedao, Mr Aniruddha Pundkar, Ms Ankita Sawalakar, Ms Shilpa Pardakhe as also Mrs Anupama D’Souza who compered the event.
Mr Ishu Sindhu addressed the audience & elaborated on the importance of producing good human beings and not merely academic toppers.
The little ones of Jain International School ushered in the X’mas season with a lively dance that captured the festive spirit perfectly.
The evening concluded with a stirring rendition of the National Anthem. The audience dispersed with no doubt in their minds that JIS was indeed a veritable storehouse of talent.

Biennial Kindergarten Concert – 2016

Jain International School’s Biennial Kindergarten Concert was a manifestation of the ample talent of its students, both JIS & Little Jewels (its Feeder Kindergarten) being part of the concert. It had two themes – The Queen of Sheeba and Bambi
The Chief Guest, Mrs.Savita Sancheti, President, Mahavir International Public Group, Nagpur was welcomed by the Management comprising the Director, Mr.Anuj Badjate, the trustees, Mrs.Priti Badjate & Mr.Tushar Badjate, the CEO, Mr.Sanjeev Agrawal, the Principal, Mrs.Anmol Badjatia & the CCA Incharge, Mrs Kiran Joshi. The programme got off to an auspicious start with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp.
Goddess Saraswati was propitiated through a Classical Dance performed by the tiny tots of L.Kg and U.Kg.

Mr Tushar Badjate, laid stress on the significance of motivation in a child’s life.
The little ones of Little Jewels ushered in the programme with a Birthday Party that had a lively dance capturing the spirit perfectly.
The Barbie Dance and the novel Fan dance witnessed the talented students shake a leg with gay abandon, delighting the hearts of the audience.
A Skit on Tenali Ram was adored and lauded by the audience
The Queen of Sheeba by Little Jewels was full of an array of performances by the kindergartners. They displayed their talent and innocence in abundance.
It was time to switch over from Queen of Sheeba to Bambi by JIS’ tiny tots. The story of young deer proved that every dark cloud has a silver lining. The dance drama was aesthetically performed by the little ones of JIS.
The Queen of Sheeba and Bambi definitely stole the heart of the audience. Ms.Anupama D’Souza compered the show.
The evening concluded with a stirring rendition of the National Anthem. The audience dispersed with no doubt in their minds that JIS was indeed a veritable storehouse of talent.
